JAS Group underwent a significant change in 2022.
In 2022, Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) underwent a significant transformation. While our group companies ceased providing residential broadband internet services, we continue to generate revenue through various other business segments, including telecommunication network, digital asset and technology solution, data center services, internet TV, and cloud-based IT system rental services.
2024 JAS strides forward as a leader in world-class sport content through its exclusive broadcasting rights of The Football Association Premier League Limited (Premier League) and FA Cup. Through this 6-season agreement, JAS brings the world's most watched football league to fans across Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos, delivering live broadcasts, reruns, and highlights through Streaming and Smart TV platforms.
In addition, JAS maintains significant shareholdings in businesses
including 53.85% in Premium Asset Company Limited through Acument Company Limited (ACU), 46.15% in Jasmine Submarine Telecommunications Company Limited (JSTC), and 50.91% shares in Jasmine Technology Solution Public Company Limited (JTS). It is continuing to advance towards its goal of becoming Southeast Asia's largest Bitcoin mining operation, with a focus on sustainability (Go Green) by implementing solar technology for our mining operations. This initiative aims to increase revenue while ensuring environmental sustainability.
Our subsidiary companies also continue to generate steady income.
Particularly, JasTel Network Company Limited, a subsidiary of JTS which provides domestic and international circuit rental and data transmission services sees a consistent business growth. JasTel is preparing for an Initial Public Offering (IPO) and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, being the first IPO and listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the subsidiary company (Spin-off). Based on fair value assessments, JasTel is estimated to be worth approximately 16,000 - 20,000 million baht.
Additionally, Cloud Computing Solutions Company Limited (CCS) and Jasmine Technology Solutions (Singapore) Limited, both JTS subsidiaries, are developing various cloud technology, blockchain, and wallet services through Lightning Network to support modern digital lifestyles. Looking ahead, JAS Group is confident in our growth trajectory, with the investment in human resources, infrastructure, and Ai innovation technologies, to maintain our leadership in current business segments while preparing for new opportunities.
