Beginning of JAS
Jasmine International Public Company Limited was established on 3 December 1982 by a group of Thai consultants who were experts in telecommunications engineering and management.
At the beginning,
the Company engaged in providing engineering consulting service and gradually broadened itself into new business segments.
It was in 1994 that the Company transformed itself into a public company and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand, with funds raised from both local and foreign money markets and capital markets for business expansion.
The Company currently operates as a Holding Company
