Jasmine International PCL. was established on 3 December 1982 by a group of Thai consultants who were experts in telecommunications engineering and management. At the beginning, the Company engaged in providing engineering consulting service and later, gradually broadened itself into new business lines.

The Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (the “SET”), with funds raised from both local and foreign money markets and capital markets for business expansion.
