This requirement applies to all commercial establishments, including but not limited to restaurants, entertainment venues, clubs, bars, beer gardens, hotels, resorts, hostels, dormitories, serviced apartments, and other service providers, regardless of whether operated by individuals or corporate entities.

Utilization of personal-use subscription packages for commercial purposes is considered a violation of copyright law and will be subject to legal action and penalties. To facilitate lawful commercial broadcasting, AIS offers the “PLAY Sport for Commercial” package, specifically tailored for commercial operators at a competitive and accessible price point. This package accommodates all scales of business operations, from small enterprises to large-scale hotels. Subscribers will receive an official certificate of license for display at their premises as evidence of authorized broadcasting rights, thereby enhancing credibility and confidence for both the operators and their customers.
