JAS holds 2025 Annual General Meeting

Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS), led by Dr. Soraj Asavaprapha, Chairman of the Board and Acting Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Karl Jamornmarn, Chairman of the Audit and Corporate Governance Committee, Mr. Thanyaphat Niruthisard, Member of the Executive Committee and the Risk Management for Sustainable Development Committee, and Miss Vorraphan Chunpen, Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer, held its 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders via electronic means (E-AGM). The meeting reported key agenda items for shareholders, all of which were approved as proposed by the Board of Directors. The meeting was held at Jasmine International Tower, Chaengwattana Road, Nonthaburi Province.
