JAS reveals 2023 performance: net profit of 19,837 million baht

Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JAS) revealed its annual performance for 2023 with a significant growth, recording a net profit of 19,837 million baht, an increase of 1,078% from last year. This success resulted from the sale of 3BB and JASIF to AIS on November 15, leading to a total revenue of 28,794 million baht, increasing 15 folds. JAS also reveals plans for new businesses focusing on Generative AI, clean energy, and healthcare business to strenghten the group's capacity and improve its ability to provide dividends to shareholders.

Over the past 10 years, JAS has has had an average dividend payout rate of 0.66 baht per share, representing a dividend yield of approximately 31% based on the share price as of February 16, 2024 (2.14 baht per share), reenforcing its commitment to create value for the shareholders.

Looking ahead :

• IPTV will continue to generate revenue through cooperation with AIS while still looking for possibilities to develop platform to cater to a broader range of customers
• Telecommunication network and corporate internet business will continue to grow
• The intelligent Generative AI that is proficient in Thai is set to launch in 2024
• Plan to invest in and develop an AI for medical applications to be the healthcare solutions that perform various services such as early diagnosis, queue system management, and patient information summary
