Jasmine Cyberworks Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jasmine International PCL, today announced that the Company joins with ITECH Solution Co., Ltd. (ITECH) to establish GP Education Co., Ltd. to become the first application service provider (ASP) of Internet-based education management software and services called "SMS Internet Suite" and Internet library network called "SMS Internet Library". With the registered capital of 10 million baht, Jasmine Cyberworks and ITECH Solution hold 40% and 60% respectively. The software leverages advanced technologies which integrates concepts of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management).
