Ji-NET newly opened a branch office & Call Center in Hat-yai for increasing clients in the south and plans to have more regional branch offices all over Thailand soon.
Jasmine Internet Co.,Ltd. (Ji-NET) the leading Internet Service Provider (ISP) sees the fast growing Internet business and expansion of client base in the south of the country so the company increases the service efficiency for both individual and corporate customers. The company recently opened its first regional branch office in Hat-yai, Songkhla, the core business city in the south, and plans to open more regional branch office throughout the country.
Mr. Paisan Kaweyanun, the general manager of Jasmine Internet Co.,Ltd. said that " Ji-NET realizes the importance and potential of the regional market especially Hat-yai which is the main business center of the south with majors organizations both private and governmental sectors as well as attractive tourist spots that the company has increased more services i.e. enlarging Link, opening call center in Songkhla province to facilitate the service to the customers in the south eliminating their long distance call for the service. The branch office in Hat-yai, Songkhla was formally opened on 29 July 2003. Mr. Boonsong Lujananon , Executive Vice President of CAT Telecom Public Company Limited and Mr. Phubase Sae Chin, Songkhla Computer Club President honorary presided over the event.
Mr. Paisan added that " the Hat-yai branch office is aimed to be the company 's center in the southern region with customer service officer to help coordinate between cooperate clients and dealers. The branch office also acts as the demonstrating venue for the various services of Ji-NET that it will show all kinds of Internet connection in the future. Moreover, it will be the center of product distribution, customer service in the southern region, and other kinds of Ji-NET services.
At the opening of branch office in Hat-yai on 29 July 2003, many dealers and business owners have attended the event. The company has demonstrated various types of Internet services mostly high-speed ones i.e. ISDN, ADSL and Leased line. The company expects that regional call center help serve the clients in the region more efficiently and satisfyingly.
Presently, jasmine Internet Co.,Ltd. has various services to provide i.e. Individual Internet service, high-speed broad band for corporate use, data center, and domain name registration, joining with TOT CORPORATION PCL. for 1222 call service allowing users to connect to the Internet with no long distance call, and special project for E-commerce. Moreover, the company also creates the program for specifically use i.e.being the supporter of the messaging center program in Educational Global Forum 2001. Apart from that, the company is the service provider of the high speed Internet and the satellite telecom service for the worldly popular Survivor game show.
