Jasmine International Public Company Limited (JASMIN) would like to inform an additional information on the sales of assets of Jasmine International Overseas Co., Ltd. (JIOC), 87.32%-owned subsidiary of JASMIN, detailed as informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) by JASMIN's letter reference ADMS 01/42 dated 5 January, 1999, as follows:

As JIOC reduces its stakeholding in PT Asia Cellular Satellite, Inc. (PT ACeS), a joint-venture company set up to provide a satellite cellular service covering Asia countries, to be 23.33% , JIOC sold its 11.40% stakes in PT ACeS to PT. Pasifik Satelit Nusantara (PSN) of Indonesia, one of its partners to set up PT ACeS. The total amount is USD 34.20 million. On 17 June 1999, JIOC received USD 15.77 million in cash and on 16 July 1999 will receive another USD 18.42 million.

After this sales, JIOC will hold 11.93% stakes in PT ACeS (JIOC and ACeS Regional Services Co., Ltd. have their stakeholding of 10.85% and 1.085% in PT ACeS respectively). JIOC will sell its 10.85% stakes to other service providers or finances. The remaining shares will make the buyers have the board seat in PT ACeS to participate in the operation.
