Acquisition
Jasmine International PCL is pleased to announce that our Board of Directors has today approved the acquisition of a 65% stake in Info Access, a Bangkok-based Internet Service Provider ( ISP ). The remaining 35% will stay under the ownership of the Communications Authority of Thailand. After completion of due diligence, Jasmine International's shareholders will be asked to approve the acquisition at an Extraordinary General Meeting ( EGM) to be held on 11 October 1999.
