March 25, 2009 (Bangkok, Thailand) - JasTel Network Co., Ltd., a leading Thai provider of domestic and international telecommunications services, is partnering with Tata Communications, a leading global provider of a new world of communications, to provide Global Tier-1 IP Transit and other new IP-Services in Thailand. The new partnership is being announced today in Bangkok. The partnership will link JasTel’s Jasmine Tower in Thailand’s most populous city of Bangkok to over 400 Points of Presence (PoPs) in over 200 countries via Tata Communications’ Global Tier-1 IP Network. In addition to providing IP connectivity, JasTel’s customers will benefit from Tata Communications’ managed services offerings for their Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure.

Enabling Tata Communications’ Managed Security Services will further extend Thai users’ security beyond traditional enterprise security levels.
