SPIDER Hotspot cooperates with Hatyai Municipality turning Hatyai to be a true Wi-Fi city.Acumen Co.,Ltd. Led by Mrs. Jirawat Prayoonyuang (7th from left), Asst.Vice President, Sales and Marketing Department, signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Prai Pattano (5th from left), Mayor of Hatyai City Municipality to develop Hatyai to be a complete Wi-Fi metropolitan. In the first stage, Hatyai people will be offered a trial SPIDER Hotspot service for connecting to the web page of Hatyai Municipality, www.hatyaicity.go.th in order to promote a widely use of Wi-Fi Internet.

Mr. Poonsawas Sukosi, (3rd from left) Senior Vice President of JasTel Network Co.,Ltd. a subidiary of Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd., and Mr. Byron J. Clatterbuck, Senior Vice President, Global Transmission Services and Global Carrier Solutions of Tata Communications joined hand to launch the first Global Tier-1 IP Service in Thailand on March 25, 09 at Jasmine International Tower, Nonthaburi.

Mr. Somchai Treerattananukool, General Manager ( 2nd left) and Mr. Wittaya Laksavut ( far left) AVP, Jastel Network Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jasmine Group, providing domestic and international telecommunications network and IP broadband service, was recently on the Road Show in “Pacific Telecommunication Council 09” in  Hawaii, U.S.A.  Also posting in the picture is Mr. Jun Seo, Manager, International Business Development Department, Korea Telecommunication Co., Ltd., a domestic and international  telecommunications network and IP broadband service provider from Korea.

On Feb 11, 09   Jasmine Internet Co., Ltd. (Ji-NET) led by Mr. Parinya Sahapatsombat , AVP, feasted a lunch to the handicapped children and people at Ruamphanya Person Lame Association, Nonthaburi which is  hosting the handicapped people of all ages.  The company also offered a donation of fund and needful items to the association.

Mr. Somchai Treerattananukool, General Manager, Jastel Network Co.,ltd. recently opened Co-location & Data Center with world class security  providing the network connection of all levels to meet the clients' need, at Jasmine International Tower, 7th floor, Chaengwatana Rd., Nonthaburi.

On January 7, 2009, Mr. Jakrapan Charernpol, (Ř6th left)Customer Service Manager, Jasmine Internet Co.,Ltd., a member of the Thai Internet Service Provider Association (TISPA), joined the press conference on Thailand Internet EXPO 2009 at CAT Telecom Public Co.,Ltd. (CAT).  The Thailand EXPO 2009 is the cooperation between CAT and TISPA  which will take place during January 30 - February 1, 2009 at Siam Paragon shopping complex , Bangkok.

JTS joined the Pilot Tele-Center for Rural Area Education and Development project for Mae Fha Luang University  to celebrate the auspicious occasion of the 80th birthday anniversary of His Majesty the King 5th December 2007. 

 On July 7, 2008, Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Co.,Ltd. (JTS) joined Mae Fah Luang University holding a press conference on the Pilot Tele-Center for Rural Area Education and Development project at Chiang Saen Hall, Mae Fah Luang University, Chiang Rai. The conference was led by Assoc. Prof. Vanchai Sirichana, President of Mae Fah Luang University (2nd right) and Mr.Terasak Jerauswapong, President of JTS (2nd lelf). This project is aimed to develop the basic system structure of the broadband Internet for 21  high schools in rural area of Chiang Rai  with Mae Fah Luang University as their hub.  

The Consortium of Jasmine Telecom Systems, TT&T Subscriber Services and Triple T Broadband will co-operate to design, import and install the system of WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) network equipment plus a life time maintenance for Mae Fah Luang University.

JTS was granted for Field Device Interface installation in the North by PEA, valued at B465Million  

On May 21, 2008, the Provincial Electric Authority (PEA) and the Consortium of Jasmine Telecom Systems and Siemens jointly signed the turnkey contract for Field Device Interface installation in the North ( group A) for PEA’s Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA)Phase II. This is the continual project of SCADA Phase I, which was completed by PEA in 2005 covering 28 provinces and helps decrease about 40% of the power outage. The SCADA Phase II will be conducted between 2008-2012 covering 4 regions of Thailand totaling 45 provinces.  

Mr. Terasak Jerauswapong (3rd right), President of JTS, signed the turnkey contract for Field Device Interface installation in the North ( group A) with PEA on May 21,2008. Mr.Adisorn Kiatchokewiwat, the Governor of PEA, (4th right) and the executives of both companies later on posted for photo taking together.
