Jasmine International Public Company Limited


	2007	Triple T Broadband Public Co.,Ltd. was registered as a Public Company Limited on September 4, 2007. It established Triple T Internet Co. ,Ltd. (TTTI) as its subsidiary on May 30, 2007. Later, on June 20, 2007 TTTI received type 1 license for Internet service from The National Telecommunications Commission (NTC). Jasmine Internet Co.,Ltd. was granted type 1 licencse (Licensee without own network) for the Internet services i.e., broadband (Dialup via ISDN), ADSL Internet, WiFi Internet, Voice over Internet Protocol - servicing only from computer to computer and from computer to fixed line telephone without number -, Electronic Data Interchange service (EDI), Data Center service, Web Hosting, Mail Hosting, Backup server, etc. On July 26, 2007, the Central Bankruptcy Court has ordered the cancellation of business rehabili- tation plan of Jasmine International Overseas Co.,Ltd. due to its completion of the entire plan .


	2006	Acumen Co., Ltd. received type 1 license (Licensee without own network) for International Calling Card service on March 23, 2006. Later, on October 19, 2006, it received type 2.1 license for International Internet Gateway (IIG). With this license, the company can properly serve the customers’ need of high-speed Internet, which nowadays is more increasingly popular. In addition, on November 30, 2006, it was also granted type 2.1 license for the VSAT service. On February 2006, Acumen Co., Ltd. delivered the Solar Home System Project after the completion of all the tasks stipulated in the Agreement. Jastel Network Company Co., Ltd. has recently been set up as a subsidiary of Jasmine Submarine Telecommunications Co., Ltd. It was granted a 15-year term type 2 license (Licensee as a service provider and with own network) on November 30, 2006, to operate domestic and international leased circuit, IP-VPN service and Managed Network Service via optical fiber cable, submarine optical fiber cable and copper wires. The company’s customers are 2 groups of juristic persons : Operator/Service Provider and Enterprise Triple T Broadband Co, Ltd., a subsidiary of Acumen Co., Ltd., was established and received type 3 license (Licensee with own network) for 300,000 fixed-line telephone operation and Internet service on February 23, 2006. With this 20-year term license, the company provides fixed-line telephone service and data communications service to users, both individuals and organizations, all over Thailand. On September 14, 2006, the Central Bankruptcy Court has ordered the cancellation of Business Re-Organization of Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. due to its completion of the entire plan implementation according to the approved rehabilitation plan. On September 18, 2006, JTS was listed in The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and commenced trading.


	2005	Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Co.,Ltd. (JTS) filed for the Initial Public Offering (IPO) to the Office of Securities and Stock Exchange Commission of Thailand and requested to register in the Stock Exchange of Thailand in February 2005. To adjust its system integration structure to be clear and transparent. In October 2005, Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Co.,Ltd. purchased ordinary shares of Siam Teltech Computer Co.,Ltd. (STCC), a subsidiary of Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. Thus, at present, the company holds 97.87% of all the shares of Siam Teltech Computer Co.,Ltd. Besides, it transferred the security business unit from Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. to undertake.


	2004	Jasmine Telecom Systems Public Co.,Ltd. (JTS) had registered to convert the company into Public Company Limited on February 20,2004.


	2003	Jasmine Telecom Systems Co.,Ltd., a subsidiary which specializes in turnkey telecommunications service, won such significant bids as the turnkey equipment installation work on TOT’s intelligent Network (IN) and the additional 3,000 public telephone units expansion project, making cumulatively 5,200 units from the total units according to the agreement. Jasmine Internet Co,Ltd, (Ji-NET) laid its emphasis on the Broadband Internet service under the brand name Ji-Braodband to conform to the demand of organization and individual clients. The company provided high-speed broadband Internet via telephone line for DSL-Service in cooperation with ADSL Service provider i.e. TOT , TT&T, True to entirely meet the Internet subscriber’s needs.


	2002	Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. and its subsidiary, Jasmine International Overseas Co., Ltd. filed petitions for business rehabilitation to the Central Bankruptcy Court on September 17, 2002 and the court consequently appointed Chaengwatana Planner Co., Ltd. and Pakkred Planner Co., Ltd. as planners of the Company and the subsidiary, respectively. On January 27, 2003 Chaengwatana Planner Co., Ltd. the Company's planner, completed and submitted the business rehabilitation plan to the Company's creditors for approval, and the plan was approved in the statutory creditor meeting on March 6, 2003 with 59.76% of the creditors voted accept the plan under the repayment principle that all creditors would receive higher amount than the liquidation value.

2001

Tightly complying with the debt-restructuring plan of TT&T . Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. and its subsidiaries received the new ordinary shares and warrants of TT&T.

In order to maintain its existing proportion of 96.07 per cent in Siam Teltech Computer Co., Ltd. (STCC) 's shareholders, Jasmine International Public Co.,Ltd. has purchased newly issued shares about 240,166 units, at 100 Baht each, amounting to Bt.24,016,600 issued by STCC, a subsidiary company providing computer system integration services, developing software and distributing computer products. The purchase of such shares used as working capital is subject to the shareholders' meeting of STCC which approved to increase registered capital from Bt. 30 million to Bt. 55 million by issuing 250,000 newly issued shares (par value 100 Baht each) and then allocated them to its shareholders varied by the existing shareholder ratio.
